Robert Groden vs City of Dallas suit update

Groden's Lawyer Asks Court to Dismiss Suit

The Dallas Observer has an article on Brad Kizzia, who is Robert Groden's attorney, and his attempt to get the City of Dallas to drop its case against Groden.

Accompanying the article is this odd "miniature faking" also known as tilt/shift photo of Dealey Plaza. (You'll have to Goggle those terms.) This optical technique makes Dealey Plaza look like it's part of a miniature train set.  This photo had to have been taken while the JFK cenotaph was undergoing repairs.  That's why there's a crane there.  The JFK cenotaph is behind the old County jail and records building.
