Local TV newsman's very odd behavior prior to Ft. Worth breakfast,

A local TV newsman filling time while everyone awaits JFK's appearance at the Ft. Worth Chamber of Commerce breakfast went into a historical overview of presidential assassinations. He prefaced with commentary on how JFK broke a cardinal rule of security and went towards the crowd waiting for him in the parking lot of the hotel in Ft. Worth.  And how the Secret Service can be powerless to protect him. He starts in 1901 with the assassination of William McKinley.  This starts at about 2:00 into this video segment and goes for about 90 seconds.  I believe in the original footage of this there was even more on previous presidential assassinations in America before the local coverage of the Ft. Worth breakfast event ended.
