FYI - Mexico City Mystery Man

Page 194 of 412 of the 2003 release of The Lopez Report states "Since the time of the assassination this man has been identified as Yuriy Ivanovich Moskalev, a Soviet KGB officer.  The identity is unconfirmed and comes from only one source. 664"

Footnote 664 refers to a then Classified HSCA staff summary 3/15/78 p. 11

I do not think that Jim DiEugenio is accurate when he says the Mexico City mystery man has been identified and it's in the Lopez Report.  The identification does not seem definitive to me.  It seems to still be a question.  I don't think this issue is settled yet.
