Well, I for one am outraged. A narrative of the assassination of RFK allegedly written by Sirhan and kept for 42 years by Michael McGowan, the youngest and now sole survivor of Sirhan 's 1969 legal defense team, which was NEVER INTRODUCED AS EVIDENCE, is now to be auctioned off. This is a travesty. This has to be stopped. I would argue that Mr. McGowan was acting as a public official while a member of Sirhan's defense team, and had no right to repress and keep as his personal property such evidence.
