William Campbell, Judith Campbell Exner's first husband dies.

She was known as Judith Immoor when Campbell married her at age 18 in 1952.

Campbell  played a Klingon in the most beloved episode of the original series, "The Trouble with Tribbles," a role he reprised on an episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine entitled, "Blood Oath."  

But he is best remembered for his role as Trelane in another Star Trek episode, "The Squire of Gothos." Trelane is retroactively seen as a Q, a race of near omnipotent beings one of which played by John de Lancie bedeviled Captain Jean luc Picard played by Patrick Stewart in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
