New photos of JFK with SEAL Team 2

JFK and SEAL Team 2 - April 1962

JFK created what we now call the Navy seals.  The Virginian-Pilot newspaper found some old photographs they never published.  The last photo intrigues me. What is that thing the guy is talking into that another woman is holding?
