Are Secret Service Records locked away in attics?

The Fergus Falls Journal tells us that Clint Hill still feels pain of JFK death.  Like he's alone in that. But, in the story is a comment on the Blaine book, "Blaine, Hill and other Secret Service agents drew upon notes,  locked away in attics, and from recollections of the events in Dallas in 1963."  (Emphasis added.)
