Other JFK items set for sale on Dec. 1 in Dallas include a model of  the PT-109 naval boat Kennedy served on (estimated to sell for $1,800 to $2,500),  a signed copy of Profiles in Courage (estimated to bring more than $2,500), Kennedy family photos by photographer Mark Shaw (estimated to fetch $4,000) and a silver cigarette box given to guests by Frank Sinatra, who served as entertainment chairman for Kennedy’s inaugural gala (estimated price: $2,000).
