A gunman wearing body armor and a white mask, according to witnesses ran into the Clackamas Town Center Mall, near Portland, Oregon shouting "I am the gunman!" The shooting started near the food court and a MACY'S store. The gunman appeared to have a semi-automatic rifle with a 100 round clip.
