Palmer McBride has died.

Ed Sherry informs me that Palmer McBride died on April 4, 2013.  I think it was really May 4, 2013.

Palmer E McBride was born November 29, 1937 and passed away on May 4, 2013.  He died in Winnetka, California. I see only the bare minimum of information on Tributes.com  I don't see a proper obit.
