I agree

The Public Interest Declassification Board should Establish Credibility by Re-Reviewing the Kennedy Assassination Records, then Prioritize Declassification by “Following the Footnotes.”

But, I think there is more than 1,171 CIA documents.  I'm still working on a list.  Basically, I'm ferreting out the known RIF numbers for documents postponed in part, or postponed in full as listed by the ARRB in The Federal Register.
