So, there's this new website Threeshotswerefired.com by Perry Vermeulen and he's asking who can tell him more about this document. It's in the hands of an unnamed individual who apparently wants to sell it.
I recall John Newman teasing the audience with information about the SS Massdam as though the whole ship was an intelligence operation of some kind. It wasn't the topic of his presentation and he never came back to it. This was a presentation in Dallas, probably one of the A.S. K. ones, 1992 or 1993. Peter Dale Scott spoke just before or just after John did.
Anyway, Perry Vermeulen wrote an article about the trip Oswald took on the SS Maasdam on his voyage home.
He's right about this trip being neglected by JFK assassination researchers. I have not come across any documents that bear upon the Maasdam. But, then again I have only scratched the surface of JFK documents.
