Why is Warren Commission Exhibit 183 for sale on Amazon.com?

I just happened to come across this while looking for book about Oswald.

Here's the link to the item.  Some schmuck wants $95,000 for this.

This is the company that's selling this - HistoryForSale - Autographs & Manuscripts.

Is this the original?  It sure looks like it is.  What else is missing, what else is up for sale somewhere?

I have sent an email to Archives II.  They could use a few thousand more about this.
