JFK Library is asking for help in identifying people in their photographic collection

This is an ongoing thing they're doing on their Facebook page.  I think this is a great idea.

A guy on Facebook seems to have identified the guy as Charles P. Murray, Jr. 

So, Kudos to the staff and management of the JFK Library.  I hope they do this with other photos.
