Other surprises in new film clip

At about the 47:24 mark the sound goes in and out but you can hear Jesse Curry being interviewed by many TV reporters.  I can only hear two words but Curry says "...American consulate.." which I believe Curry is referencing Oswald's activities in Mexico City.

This reference to an American consulate is just before Curry is asked to describe Oswald's mood during the questioning and Curry replies, "Very arrogant, has been all along."
