C-SPAN3 slowly putting more and more of the AARC conference online. Here's a panel with Jim Lesar, Jerry Policoff, and Andrew Kreig

See it here.

Alan Dale served as host.  I think this was the first panel of the conference.  The panelists were Jim Lesar, Jerry Policoff, and Andrew Kreig.

Then they had the panel with Dan Hardway and Ed Lopez.

Then they had John Newman.

Look at the prime slot they gave it. 4:02 a.m.! And on Sunday Nov. 2, 2014 as we return to Daylight Savings Time.  Thank god for embedded videos.

So far as I know C-SPAN3 has not aired any of the rest of Friday's events. I could not attend anything on Friday or Saturday.  I heard Jim DiEugenio say on Black Op Radio that Vecciano went longer than planned and it threw the schedule into chaos.  So maybe some things happened later, or not at all.

In addition, there were "break out room" discussions which often clash with whatever is the main event in the main ballroom.  So, no matter what you're going to you will miss some part of the conference.  This can be alleviated if the talks in the break out rooms are recorded.  And if the rooms are really rooms.

At the JFK Lancer conference the breakout rooms were not rooms at all, but a ballroom sectioned off into breakout rooms with some thin, very thin black cloth curtains. So, the sounds of presenters and their audience easily bled into the next space. And I don't think any of them were recorded at all.  This was a tragedy as we had a special guest who rarely if ever talks let alone comes to an event like this, James Jenkins.

For this AARC conference I did see a camera for one event, where Malcolm Blunt spoke.  So, I'm hopeful I'll get to see that eventually.

These are the Friday events as planned.
