The author is fictitious, using the name "James Hepburn II."
You'll recall that "James Hepburn," was a fictitious composite name used allegedly by French intelligence agents who wrote "Farewell America." Well, the book was not really written by French intelligence agents Herve Lamarre and Philippe de Vosjoli at all. It was produced by James Angleton.
And it was NOT meant to help RFK's 1968 presidential campaign at all.
Jim DiEugenio has done a lot of excellent work on "Farewell America." In this post on this very blog I wrote about Jim's research into the book "Farewell America."
