Berlin Crisis 1961 forum at original NARA on Oct 27, 2011

There is going to be another CIA event where they will release documents and have people from the CIA's Historical Publications Office speaking on another episode of historical interest from the Kennedy administration.  This time it's on the Berlin Crisis of 1961.

I am hopeful that it's possible to politely interact with folks from the CIA's Historical Review Program at events like this and ask them to release documents relating to the assassination of President Kennedy.  People who have been going through the documents released by the 1992 JFK Act and the ARRB should have a long list of material they would like declassified and open in full.  We can but try.

Writing them letters asking for declassification of specific documents citing specific information culled from documents or on specific topics, like George Joannides would be a good idea too.
