DO I HAVE TO USE THE ONLINE FORM?
Yes, the request form for the random allocation of tickets is only available online. Requests will not be accepted through the mail.
IF I HAVE TWO HOMES, MAY I REQUEST TICKETS FROM EACH ADDRESS, OR FROM MY BUSINESS ADDRESS?
No, you may only request from one address.
WHY ARE ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS BEING ISSUED?
There is limited space at Dealey Plaza where the event will take place. There are no seats for this event; you will be standing, although there is provision for people with disabilities.
WHY MUST I PROVIDE 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION?
Two forms of ID must be provided for security screening by the Dallas Police Department. If you are requesting a second ticket for a person 12 years of age to 17 years of age, only 1 form of ID is required for that individual.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WILL RECEIVE TICKETS?
All those receiving tickets will be notified via email after the ticket distribution process and security screening are completed.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS IF I AM NOTIFIED?
You may pick up your tickets from the American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Ave. in downtown Dallas, Texas, on November 22, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. CST. An overnight wait on November 21st is not permissible.
CAN I REQUEST TICKETS AFTER JULY 31?
No, requests for tickets will not be accepted after July 31.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADDRESS CHANGES ON MY ID?
When you pick up tickets, your address and identifying information on your photo ID must match the information you have provided with your ticket request.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO USE THE TICKETS?
Tickets not picked up by 10 a.m. CST will be forfeited and given to those on a wait list.
CAN I DONATE OR GIVE MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, tickets may not be picked up or used by anyone other than the person(s) listed on the request form.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON USING THE SECOND TICKET CANNOT GO? CAN I BRING SOMEONE ELSE?
No, the second ticket may not be picked up or used by anyone other than the person listed on the request form.
WILL THERE BE A WAITING LIST FOR TICKETS?
Yes, you will be notified via email if you are on the waiting list for tickets, along with instructions.
I AM WITH AN ORGANIZATION THAT NEEDS SEVERAL TICKETS. HOW DO I GET MORE THAN 2 TICKETS?
Tickets are limited to 2 per requesting individual.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
You may park in the AudiPark garage at the American Airlines Center (AAC). Parking is free and the garage opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. CST on November 22. A courtesy shuttle bus will be available to take you to Dealey Plaza after you pick up your tickets.
You must arrive at the AAC before 9:45 a.m. CST. Cars will not be allowed into the AAC parking lot after 9:45 a.m. CST.
Shuttle buses will be available to return you to the AAC parking garage. The last shuttle from Dealey Plaza to the AAC will be at approximately 2:30 p.m. CST. Attendees and vehicles are required to leave the AAC parking lot no later than 4 p.m. CST to avoid being towed.
WILL THERE BE SEATING AT THE EVENT?
No, there will not be public seating at the event.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOLDING CHAIR OR BLANKET TO SIT ON?
No, portable chairs of any kind and blankets are not permissible. In addition, do not bring umbrellas, strollers, backpacks, oversized purses or shoulder bags, banners, signs, bullhorns or megaphones.
WILL THE EVENT BE ACCESSIBLE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES?
Yes, there will be accommodation for persons with disabilities.
WILL THERE BE A SECURITY CHECK AT THE EVENT?
Yes, instructions will be sent to ticket holders.
MAY I RECORD THE EVENT?
