Is this RFK going up the stairs of Air Force One and into the plane as it arrived at Andrews Air Force base?

I think this figure of a man going up the stairs as many are coming off the plane going down the stairs might be Bobby Kennedy.  This is from CBS News Live Coverage of the Assassination of President Kennedy part five.  I see a man going up the stairs at about 33:46.

Okay I put a red circle around the man.  I think he might be RFK. 

I wish I could put this in a loop or an animated .gif but I don't have that skill set.  By 33:48 he blends into the shadows and I can't make him out but he definitely goes into the plane in a hurry.
