Further comments on July 2017 release - RIF # 104-10173-10376 and two others.

A nearly 100% totally illegible copy of a document.  I can just barely make out “Mexico City.” I blew it up and highlighted it in yellow where I can make out “Mexico City,’ four times.  

RIF # 104-10187-10027 is a document telling us that OTS material dated 5 Mar 1958 to 8 Aug 1962 is unrelated.  This is all it says.

RIF # 104-10188-10025 is a 143 pages document looked at by Dan Hardway of the HSCA.  It is about the LIENVOY project in Mexico City for March of 1962.
