Republicans lose control of Wisconsin state legislature.

The sudden and unexpected resignation of Wisconsin state senator Pam Galloway means the Wisconsin GOP have lost control of the legislature.  Galloway was a target of a recall campaign that many thought she'd lose.  None foresaw her abrupt resignation.  Galloway cited a family health concern.   The legislature is now split 16 to 16.  For more see Talking Points Memo
